Timeless Interior Design in a Lisbon Heritage Apartment
This Chiado Piede-à-Terre results from the rehabilitation of an 18th-century Lisbon apartment, nestled beside the Tagus River. Acquired by a young American couple, this 200m2 residence has been transformed to align with their contemporary lifestyle while preserving its historical essence.
MIRAMAR
Luxury Interior Design for a Mid-Century Beach House
Located in Miramar, near the beach and a golf course. The Miramar Summer House looks like a holiday home but it’s a permanent dwelling. Functionality and comfort are therefore the key aspects of this rehabilitation.
As such, the big challenge was to adapt a typical holiday home to a residence for daily living. The studio modernized the space to meet contemporary standards of comfort and expectations, without compromising its original features.
LUZ
A cosmopolitan Penthouse designed around Art
One of the defining features of the Luz Residence is the abundance of natural light, flooding the main social and private areas. Embracing this luminous aspect, we envisioned the interior compartments as a serene retreat, reminiscent of a cabin by the sea. This concept allowed us to forge a strong connection to the outdoors while ensuring that the breathtaking views didn’t overpower the interior ambiance.
