We were in charge of the architecture and interior design project and wanted it to feel as if the building had always been there. The aim wasn’t to make a literal collage of the past but to have it present as a memory: reinvented.

The Editory Boulevard Hotel Porto, is a 70-room five-star hotel with more than 4100 square meters located in the heart of Porto. The Hotel Architectural Project upsurges from the connection of two pre-existing buildings, one in Avenida dos Aliados and the other on Rua do Almada.
Inside, natural and noble materials combined with a keen eye for detail, give the building qualities that mimic its urban surroundings. The Hotel Interior Design Project is an homage to an elegant past, with a residential atmosphere aligned with Ding Dong’s particular language. Historical items are mixed with made-to-measure furniture pieces to achieve a comfortable and eclectic environment.
With elegant, natural, and superior-quality materials, the environment exudes craftsmanship, discreet sophistication, and timelessness.
Different textures of materials and expressive light add depth and the intended intimate character.
